Confirmed Paypal Address:

We only ship to confirmed paypal addresses. If your address is not confirmed in paypal, we cannot ship to you. Confirming your address is a fast and easy process that should only take a matter of minutes with paypal when you place your order.

Our Shipping Policy:

We try to estimate and maintain our shipping costs as low as possible.

Each item has a shipping cost associated with it. This cost includes packaging, handling and postage to your destination anywhere in the World. Some products have a special International Shipping Cost. If your shipping address is outside of the US, and the product has a special International Shipping cost, please use the International cost. We reserve the right to hold back shipping your order until we have received the full International shipping cost, or we will refund your order if the full cost is not submitted.

Some items we are able to ship without any shipping cost. These are marked clearly in their product descriptions.

We usually ship within 1-3 business days of your purchase. If we cannot ship within that time, we will contact you with our best shipping date estimate. Once an order is placed, we will let you know when our best estimate shipping date will be. Usually we will try to beat this estimate.

Some items may ship directly from our Asian suppliers. When this is the case, the item will be clearly marked and an estimate arrival time will be provided.

In Stock Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product details page, all items are in stock and ready to ship. If an item is out of stock, please contact us with the next available ship estimate. At times, our online inventory may not match our warehouse inventory. In this unlikely event, we will contact you with our next best ship date. If this is not satisfactory to you, we will issue you a full refund.

Sales Tax

If your shipping address is in Colorado, we are also required to charge a sales tax upon checkout. All other states are free of sales tax on any purchases.

Return Policy

We strive and hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we accept returns for all products if they are returned to us within 10 days. There is  a 15% restocking fee for any returned items. For returns, contact us for a Return Merchandise Number using the Contact Us form, and following the instructions for returns. We cannot accept returns for tea or food products for health reason. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
